Who is Hector?

A former Dominican counter-terror operator who quit over corruption and went private, securing cartel shipping hubs. His results earned him a senior place in Valeria Garza’s Las Almas Cartel.

One of the named characters from Modern Warfare 4’s story. Like every operator in MW4, Hector is picked in Create-A-Class and plays the same as any other: the choice is cosmetic.
