How to unlock Helio

To unlock Helio, finish the shared camo path (Military and Special camos, then Gold, Platinum, Harmonic Break and Divergence), then earn Chiral and Ripple Tide in order. That opens the DMZ Mastery 3 challenge: get 25,000 kills with Legendary weapons while playing a max-level Operator.

  1. Tier 1Chiral
  2. Tier 2Ripple Tide
  3. Tier 3Helio

Step by step

  1. Level the weapon to unlock its 8 Military camos. The levels needed differ by weapon.
  2. Complete the weapon’s 3 Special camo challenges. They open at set weapon levels, and DMZ asks for more kills than Multiplayer.
  3. Gold: get 15 kills in a single Multiplayer match, or 100 in a single DMZ match.
  4. Platinum: once every weapon in the class has Gold, complete that class’s Platinum challenge.
  5. Harmonic Break: once all 33 weapons have Platinum, complete the class’s Harmonic Break challenge.
  6. Divergence: it’s awarded automatically once you’ve completed 33 Harmonic Break challenges.
  7. Chiral (DMZ Mastery 1): get 2,500 kills on Tier 3 or higher enemies.
  8. Ripple Tide (DMZ Mastery 2): exfil with 2 LT dog tags in a single deployment, 50 times.
  9. Helio (DMZ Mastery 3): get 25,000 kills with Legendary weapons while playing a max-level Operator.
