Modern Warfare 4 has 17 Multiplayer killstreaks, costing between 4 and 12 kills.
The most expensive killstreaks cost 12 kills: Gunship (unlocks at level 51) and Air Lockdown (unlocks at level 55).
UAV, Artillery Beacon, Attack Helicopter unlock at level 4. The rest unlock as you level up, with the last, Air Lockdown, at level 55.
The Wheelson, the Deathstalker and the Gunship are all vehicles you call in. The Deathstalker also appears in DMZ as an enemy commander.
Kill costs, unlock levels and descriptions are the in-game values at launch. Infinity Ward may rebalance them in updates. Pair them with the right equipment, and see the vehicles page for the streaks you pilot.
