Who is CTSFO?

A Mil-Sim operator modelled on Britain’s Counter Terrorist Specialist Firearms Officers, the police’s most highly trained armed response teams. One of the operators every player starts with.

Mil-Sim operators represent real-world units rather than story characters. Like every operator in MW4, CTSFO is picked in Create-A-Class and plays the same as any other: the choice is cosmetic.
